Okay, first of all, those two RAR files you have there are a type of archive (like a ZIP file), but it looks like maybe you can't open them? That's ok, you'll just need an app for that, I recommend 7zip. I'm not familiar with that game, but I've installed and/or made mods for dozens of others so I'll try.
